Term 6 sees us all out and about a little more, and it’s clear from Government guidelines we can resume face to face sessions, though so far most families are opting to remain on line.
If you are considering face to face, please take a look at the procedures we’ve set in place based on our risk assessment.
- On arrival, please ring the doorbell, then go to the side of the caravan, and I will let you in via the side gate.
- Please ensure you child has been to the toilet beforehand, as the children will remain in the conservatory (or garden in fine weather) for the duration of the session.
- Please ensure your child brings a pencil case with a pencil, ruler, rubber, and hand sanitizer if appropriate.
- Wherever possible I will e mail copies of the work we will be doing for you to print off and send in with your child, to minimise contact with shared resources.
- Please drop off and collect your child promptly to allow other parents free access for their sessions.
- The table where the children will be working, and any manipulatives, will be disinfected before and after sessions.
- Please do not bring your child to tuition if they are unwell, particularly if they are showing Covid symptoms. An alternative online session will be offered if you cannot make the face to face session.
- Whilst I don’t expect children to wear a mask and won’t routinely wear a mask myself – unless you request it – I have asthma and if I am wheezy, I will wear a mask for your child’s safety.
- The room will be kept as ventilated as possible.
